The original Privilee app was difficult to navigate, lacked clarity, and didn’t showcase the full value of the membership. With so many premium features hidden behind clunky flows, users struggled to explore, sign up, or re-engage with the app regularly.
We aimed to transform Privilee’s app into a personalized lifestyle companion – one that guides users with intuitive navigation, builds excitement, and supports every step of the user journey from discovery to check-in.
We followed the Double Diamond process – from discovery to delivery. We conducted competitive research, designed a new information architecture, built wireframes, and validated flows with real users. Personalization, exploration, and seamless check-ins became core to the new experience.
We transformed Privilee’s website into a strategic conversion tool – not just a marketing site. With improved structure, clearer messaging, and a seamless mobile experience, users now understand what Privilee offers within seconds. Navigation is intuitive, the buying journey is simplified, and the platform feels as premium as the membership itself.
